MOKHBIR PRO — FINANCIAL INTELLIGENCE PLATFORM
Built the design system from zero and shipped every customer-facing surface as production-ready code — landing, packages, Radar, team hub. Arabic-first, RTL throughout.
NOUR WAEL
I design products that work for HUMANS and make sense for developers — bridging user psychology, product thinking & frontend engineering.
SELECTED WORK
FINTECH · WEB · LIVE PRODUCT
Built the design system from zero and shipped every customer-facing surface as production-ready code — landing, packages, Radar, team hub. Arabic-first, RTL throughout.
MENTAL HEALTH · MOBILE · CASE STUDY
Led research end-to-end — from methodology design to post-launch iteration. Replaced hand-drawn illustrations with animated GIFs, built the check-in widget, and let usability sessions drive every design decision.
PRODUCTIVITY · WEB · CASE STUDY
Owned the full process — research to UI systems. Found where users abandoned, redesigned the flow, cut task completion time by 45%.
WELLNESS · MOBILE · CASE STUDY
Restructured onboarding around one action per screen. Cut visual noise, clarified hierarchy — 60% of users completed onboarding after the redesign.
SAAS · WEB · LIVE PRODUCT
Redesigned the end-to-end experience and visual system for Quickr's NFC card product. Onboarding overhauled, usability tested, shipped to 1,000+ users.
AI-NATIVE DESIGN
From AI-native product experiences to AI-assisted design workflows — I operate at the intersection where human taste meets machine capability. Not a tool user. A collaborative architect.
PRODUCT
Designed end-to-end UX for products where the AI model IS the interface. Prompt surfaces, trust flows, confidence UI, error recovery for non-deterministic outputs.
WORKFLOW
Full-stack AI design stack: generative ideation, automated variant generation, AI-driven user research synthesis, design QA with LLM reviewers.
SYSTEMS
Architected multi-agent design pipelines: orchestrator-worker frameworks where specialized agents handle research, ideation, critique, and delivery in parallel.

FLAIRSTECH
Designing the AiMY Ecosystem — a suite of AI-powered internal tools covering customer experience, knowledge management, HR automation, sales intelligence, and quality assurance. Building and maintaining the unified design system across all products.
MOKHBIR PRO
Built the product design system from scratch and shipped the landing page, packages page, FAQ, and team hub as production-ready code. Transformed a generic website into a fully branded financial intelligence platform.
BLOX TECH
Led UX across three shipped products — a mental health app, a job-tracking platform, and a wellness app for remote workers. Conducted 50+ user interviews and usability tests, translating research into measurable product improvements.
BLOX TECH
Frontend engineering on two products: Quickr (NFC-linked profile platform) and Nutrihub (dashboard for a food restaurant serving 20K+ users). Built full interfaces in React including auth systems, profile pages, and operations dashboards.
EASYEARTRAINING
UX research focused on engaging younger audiences (18–25) through gamified and narrative-based music learning. Produced three research studies and co-designed 100+ interface screens exploring motivation, progression, and auditory learning flows.
HOW I WORK
There is no fixed waterfall. Every project gets the process it needs. I use AI to compress the slow parts and spend human judgment on the decisions that actually matter.
Before any tool. What is the actual problem? Who decided this is the solution? I ask the uncomfortable questions before a single pixel moves. AI synthesises research briefs, but the questions are mine.
AI: research synthesis · interview analysis · competitive clustering
I generate more concepts faster with AI as a co-ideator, then apply design taste to cut ruthlessly. Quantity is AI's job. Selection is mine. Most ideas die here. That is the point.
AI: variant generation · layout exploration · copy drafting
Prototypes exist to break assumptions, not to impress stakeholders. Fidelity matches the question being tested. A lo-fi sketch tests flows. A hi-fi prototype tests emotional response. I do not skip this.
AI: prototype annotation · accessibility checks · edge-case generation
Launch is not the end. Post-launch analytics, heatmaps, and user feedback loops feed back into the next cycle. AI monitors metrics and flags anomalies. I decide what to act on.
AI: analytics summarisation · pattern detection · A/B result interpretation
Engineers should not have to guess. Dev-ready specs, design tokens, annotated edge cases, and component documentation. My frontend background means I write handoffs engineers actually use.
AI: spec generation · token extraction · documentation drafting
ABOUT ME
Most designers hand off a file. I hand off a decision trail — why this flow, why this component, why this wording and not the other six I tested. That habit comes from two years of being the engineer on the receiving end of files with no explanation and interfaces with no memory of the user they were supposed to serve.
I've shipped across mental health, fintech, job search, wellness, and AI-native products. The domains change. The question doesn't: what does this person actually need to do, and what's in their way?

BEYOND THE SCREEN
When I'm not designing interfaces, I'm chasing light with a camera. Photography taught me everything about composition, negative space, and why constraints make better work.

— NOUR WAELCONTACT
I don't take everything that comes through. I take the problems that are hard to scope, hard to hand off, and hard to solve without someone who thinks in systems and ships in code.
If that's you — let's find out.
